Mohd Azharuddin struck an unbeaten century to set up Ensconce’s 47-run win over Sayi Satya in the HCA B Division T20 League-cum-Knock-out Tournament in Hyderabad on Thursday.
Batting first, Ensconse made 209 for four in 17 overs as Mohd Azharuddin got a 38-ball 116 with five fours and a whopping 14 sixes. In reply, Sayi Satya were restricted to 162 for four in 17 overs.
B Sandeep hammered an unbeaten 162 off 77 balls with 27 fours and four sixes as Income Tax posted a 98-run win over Zinda Tilismath.
Mohd Rehan hit an unbeaten 105 off 58 balls with 10 fours and five sixes to set up Sri Chakra’s 27-run win over Crown.
Suresh Vikas too got an unbeaten 100 off 56 balls with eight fours and six sixes as his knock helped Vijay Hanuman score a narrow six-run win over Postal.
