Suhas Preetham to lead Telangana swimming team at 79th Sr National Aquatic meet

Suhas Preetham Mailari will lead the Telangana swimming team which will participate in the 79th Senior National Aquatic Championship, to be held from June 16 to 21, 2026, at the Aquatic Complex within the Veer Savarkar Sports Complex in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

On Saturday, uniform and T-shirt kits were presented to the state swimming team, managers, and coaches at the Gachibowli Aquatic Stadium.

7Seas Entertainment Limited sponsored the event kits.

Suhas, Varshith, Vritti, Nithya set the pool on fire at the 11th Telangana Inter-Dist Swimming

The selection trials for the team were conducted during the 11th Telangana Senior Inter-District Swimming Championship held on May 24 at the GHMC Swimming Pool in Amberpet.

P Chandra Sekhar Reddy (president, Telangana Swimming Association), G Umesh (general secretary), L M Shankar (MD, 7Seas Entertainment Limited), T Kiran Kumar (team manager), and swimming coaches Ayush Yadav and Vijay Singh were present at the event.
