Young swimming sensation Samyukta Karthikeyan emerged as the star performer of the ongoing 11th Telangana Sub-Junior & Junior Inter District Swimming Championship 2026 at the GMC Balayogi Stadium, Gachibowli, delivering a remarkable performance by winning three gold medals and establishing herself as one of the brightest talents in Telangana swimming.
TS Tejas of Medchal Malkajgiri bagged a double by winning the 100m freestyle and 200m butterfly events.
Representing Ranga Reddy district with exceptional determination and confidence, Samyukta dominated her events from start to finish, displaying outstanding technique, speed, and composure in the pool. Her triple-gold achievement has earned widespread appreciation from coaches, officials, and spectators, making her one of the standout performers of the championship.
