Hyderabad athlete Bikash Karar selected for World Masters Athletics Championships

Hyderabad’s Bikash Karar has been selected to represent India in the World Masters Athletics Championships to be held at Daegu from August 22 to September 3, 2026. Bikash, who is chairman of the Athletic Coaching Academy in Hyderabad, is participating in the 50 + Age Group in 200M, 400 M and 400 MH.

Bikash, who is a Master Athlete of Hyderabad, is trained by Prof Rajesh Kumar, senior professor and Head of the Department of Physical Education, Osmania University.

Earlier, Bikash had also participated at the World Masters Athletics held in Finland, US, France, Brazil.
