Telangana ice figure skaters, coming from a state with no snowfall or frozen water bodies or ice rinks and on the contrary a state with high temperatures, blazed their way to glory by winning 3 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals at the 21st National Ice-Skating Championship in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, recently.
The Telangana skaters also had the unique distinction of being the only state with all participants won medals.
