C Nandhini Raj of Avanathi and Syed Haroon of Hyderabad won the women’s and men’s races respectively at the 36th C Devender Yadav Memorial Run, organized by Athletic Coaching Academ, at the Nizam College grounds in Hyderabad on Monday.
Nandhini Raj finished the race in 9:44.2 seconds to clinch the gold medal. A Sony of Kasturba and P Samyuktha of Avanthi came in second and third respectively.
In the girls’ 18 years’ race, M Akshya of Avinash Junior College won the gold medal by completing the race in 6:36.4 seconds. L Jeshi of GIE and Nandini of Hyderabad won the silver and bronze medals respectively.
All Saints’ S Kushika bagged the girls 15 years’ race. She took the gold by finishing the race in 6:29.8 seconds. P M Saanvi of VJPS and Hasini of Nagarjuna took home the silver and bronze medals respectively.
Anne Loukya won the girls 12 years’ title by completing the race in 3:35.5 seconds. K Deena of St Alphonsa was second and Akshita of St Marks third.
Syeda Khatija Tulkubra of Hyderabad won the gold medal in the girls 10 years’ race. She completed the 1km run in 4:13.0 seconds and was followed by Rakshita Thakur and M Aardhya, both of Hyderabad.
Syed Haroon completed the race in 9:40.0 seconds to win the men’s 3 km race. Rahul Singh and Bhargav of Hyderabad were placed second and third respectively.
The Masters’ title was bagged by Raj Kumar of Hyderabad who won it in 8:10.0 seconds. Hyderabad’s Sunder Rajan and S Nagender were second and third respectively.
Sai of Adhayam won the boys’ 18 years’ race by completing the race in 5:14.3 seconds. He was followed by N Arjun Goud of GDC and Tanmay Sharma of St Joseph.
The boys’ 15 years’ race was bagged by Taraka Rama of Gautham Model. He took 5:49.1 seconds to complete the 2km race. Bhanu Prasad oof Nagarjuna and Eshwar Tathod of Gangothri finished second and third respectively.
Manikanth of Howard bagged the title in the boys 12 years’ race. He won it in 3:20.1 seconds and was followed by Srikanth of Nagarjuna and Dedeep of St Alphonsa.
P Allen Preetham of CMR won the gold medal in the boys 10 years’ race. He won the 1km race in 3:43.5 seconds. Deekshanth of St Marks took the silver and G Anirudh of Raddiv finished with the bronze.
C Krishna Yadav, former minister of the undivided Andhra Pradesh, was the chief guest and distributed the prizes.

Boys 15 years (2km): 1. Taraka Ram (Gautham Model) 5:49.1, 2. Bhanu Prasad (Nagarjuna) 6:17.5, 3. Eshwar Tathod (Gangothri) 6:22.5.
Boys 18 years (2km): 1. Sai (Adhayan) 5:14.3, 2. N Arjun Goud (GDC) 5:15.6, 3. Tanmay Sharma (St Joseph) 5:32.9.
Men’s 3km: 1. Syed Haroon (Hyd) 9:40.0, 2. Rahul Singh (Hyd) 9:45.0, 3. Bhargav (Hyd) 9:50.1.
Master men (1km): 1. Raj Kumar (Hyd) 8:10.0, 2. Sunder Rajan (Hyd) 8:21.2, 3. S Nagender (Hyd) 8:45.2.
Girls 10 years (1km): 1. Syeda Khatija Tulkubra (Hyd) 4:13.00, 2. Rakshita Thakur (Hyd) 4:15.02, 3. M Aardhya (Hyd) 4:36.3.
