Vallepe Murthy scored an unbeaten century to set up Sportive’s 40-run win over Apex in the HCA’s B Division T20 league-cum-knock-out tournament in Hyderabad on Tuesday.
Murthy scored a 48-ball 108 with six fours and 10 sixes as Sportive posted 221 for three on the board. In reply, Apex were restricted to 181 for five despite Sai Ritesh scoring 65. B Revanth Kumar took three for 21 for Sportive.
Srikar Reddy Yedla hammered a 68-ball 158 to power Nizamabad District to a massive 143-run victory over Visaka. Batting first Nizamabad District ran up 266 for two with Srikar scoring 13 fours and 11 sixes. In reply, Visaka were restricted to 123 for six.

Devesh Jain and Naman Choudhary bowled Hyderabad Blues to an eight-wicket win over Warangal District. Devesh took four for 21 and Naman bagged four for 20 as Warangal District were bowled out for 124. Hyderabad Blues replied with 127 for two with Kavin Karthik getting 73 of those.
P Kranthi took five for 26 to bowl Nalgonda District to a 60-run win over Hyderabad Titans. After making 178 for seven, Nalgonda District restricted Hyderabad Titans to 118 for nine.

P Hishanth bowled Medak District to a 108-run win over PKMCC. Batting first, Medak District made 161 for eight with P Sreeshant scoring 47. In reply, PKMCC were skittled out for 53 in 14 overs as Hishanth took five for seven runs in three overs. K Akash took three for 13.
