JSCA extends franchise bid window for Jharkhand T20 Cricket League to May 15

The Jharkhand State Cricket Association on Monday has extended the closing date of the franchise bids from May 11 to May 15.

“The Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA), the apex governing body for cricket in the state of Jharkhand and the owner of Jharkhand T20 Cricket League, and its authorised league organiser SJ Uplift Kabaddi Pvt Ltd, acting jointly as the League Organizers, hereby jointly issue this formal public notice constituting an addendum to the Official Franchise Bidding Document (FBD), dated May 3, 2026, and announcing the extension of the Bid Window closing date for franchise rights in the inaugural season of the Jharkhand T20 Cricket League (JT20CL or the League),” says a release.

This is the formal announcement extending the franchise bid deadline from May 11, 2026, to May 15, 2026, at 11:59 pm IST. The decision gives interested investors additional time to complete their registration, KYC, and bid submissions through the official portal at www.jt20.in.

The extension follows strong interest from prospective franchise owners across Jharkhand and beyond. The League Organizers want to ensure that every serious and eligible bidder has a full and fair opportunity to participate before the window closes for good.

All other bid terms remain exactly as set out in the official franchise bidding document.
