Chetan strikes in injury-time to salvage a draw for OK Sporting against CCOB Sub-Jr FC

Emmad Chetan struck in the injury-time to salvage a draw for CCOB Sub-Junior Football Club against OK Sporting Football Club in the Telangana Football Association’s (TFA) C Division Football League 2025–26 at the Gymkhana Football Ground in Secunderabad on Friday.

Nikesh, who scored a hat-trick, struck the first goal of the match in the 16th minute of play to put CCOB 1-0 in the lead. However, OK Sporting struck twice in four minutes to wrest the lead. Aryan found the target in the 26th minute and Shaik Ali made it 2-1 in favour of OK Sporting in the 30th minute.

Nikesh found the equalizer for CCOB in the 35th minute as the teams went into the break locked at 2-2.

After the break, Nikesh completed his well-deserved hat-trick as he put CCOB 3-2 in front in the 51st minute. However, OK Sporting against struck in the space of two minutes to wrest back the lead. Aryan scored his second goal of the match in the 56th minute and then Donald found the back of the net in the 57th minute.

Thereafter, OK Sporting concentrated on holding on to their lead, while CCOB tried to find the equalizer. CCOB finally managed to break through the OK Sporting defence as Chetan struck in the 91st minute to help his side split points.

On Saturday, Young Sporting Football Club will take on Secunderabad Blues Football Club at 3.30 pm at the Gymkhana Football Ground in Secunderabad.

Results: CCOB Sub Jr FC 4 (Nikesh 16th min, 35th min, 51st min, Emmad Chetan 91st min) drew with OK Sporting 4 (Aryan 26th min, 56th min, Shaik Ali 30th min, Donald 57th min).

Haoikip helps Sky Kings hold CCOB Jr FC

On Thursday, L Haoikip scored the much-needed equalizer to help Sky Kings Football Club hold CCOB Junior Football Club to a 2-2 draw.

Sky Kings got off the blocks with K Touthuang scoring in the 27th minute to give his side a 1-0 lead. However, the lead was short-lived as Md Aman struck in the 35th minute.

After the break, Md Ali Kaseri found the back of the net in the 58th minute to put CCOB 2-1 up. But Haoikip found the equalizer in the 77th minute of the game to deny CCOB full points.

CCOB’s Taha Mohammed was shown the red card.

Result: CCOB Jr FC 2 (Md Aman 35th min, Md Ali Kaseri 58th min) drew with Sky Kings FC 2 (K Touthuang 27th min, L Haoikip 77th min).
