What added significance to this Federation Cup was that the Para Throwball Federation of India (PTFI) declared this National Federation Cup-2026 as a trial selection for the 2nd Asian Para Throwball Championship-2026 to be held in Malaysia. Players who performed well in these competitions will get the opportunity to represent India at the international level.

Para-athletes, who are bravely facing physical challenges and moving forward, are a great inspiration to society and the youth. The support of coaches, support staff, organizers, and family members is invaluable behind these successes.

Through this Federation Cup, the sport of Para Throwball has not only gained more recognition nationwide, but the Telugu states – especially Telangana – have also showcased their potential in Para Throwball at the national level.
