Advantage Tennis Academy (ATA) announces an Elite High Performance Summer Program, led by head coach DRC Kiron (ITF Level-2) with over 20 years of global experience, at their premises in St Thomas High School, Vinayak Nagar, Safilguda, Secunderabad.
The aim of the summer program is to not just hit balls but to develop athletes. Hence, the program integrates high-volume training, 30–35 hours of intensive tennis.
It also provides science-based fitness by focusing on the 3 energy systems and speed/agility. The program prepares a player in his match readiness by dedicated match practice sessions to build the mental toughness needed.
It also provides professional support like physiotherapy assessments and specialized recovery diets to keep players injury-free.
ATA prioritizes quality over quantity. With a maximum of four players per court, every student receives the individual attention needed to refine their biomechanics and game style.
