Hyderabad’s Dhriti and Mamtha selected for BCCI’s U-23 High-performance camp

Hyderabad’s Kesari Dhriti and Mamtha Madiwala have been selected for the Centre of Excellence’s (CoE) Under-23 High-performance Camp to be held by the BCCI-CoE in Bengaluru from July 13 to August 6, 2026.

In a letter to the Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA), VVS Laxman, Head Cricket BCCI CoE, said the players have to report at the earliest at Bengaluru on July 12, 2026.

“You are also requested to advise your state physio and doctor to certify that the players selected for the camp are fit to join the camp as per the respective fitness certificate formats enclosed. If a player is unfit, this should be informed to the BCCI – Centre of Excellence immediately through your association,” says the letter dated June 19, 2026.

The players also have to undergo fitness tests upon arrival and meet the given parameters. Standing long jump (1.90-2.22), 10m (secs) 2.00-1.83, 20m (secs) 3.30-3.13, 40m (secs) 6.30-5.60, Run-A-3 (10.70-9.50), Yo-Yo test (level) 15.1-16.3, Dexa Scan (Fat%) 20-26.

“Please make sure that the players are prepared to meet & fulfil the above-mentioned parameters. The selected players and their strength and conditioning coaches will be briefed regarding the same by the BCCI – CoE Sports Science Team over a call on June 22 at 3pm,” says the letter.

“The players will be issued with adequate clothing for training purposes and need to bring personal cricket equipment for the camp. It may also be noted that the players will not be relieved for any local/corporate or association related matches  during the above camp,” adds the letter.
