Osmania University swimming pool reopened, access granted for students and others

The Osmania University swimming pool was reopened on March 4 by vice-chancellor Prof M Kumar.

The ceremony was conducted at the Department of Physical Education Swimming Pool complex, Osmania University.

The swimming pool facility will be available as per the schedule to be notified by the Department of Physical Education. All concerned are advised to follow the prescribed rules and timings, says a press release.

Pool accessible for Osmania University students and others

The pool will be accessible for all Osmania University students and others.

Application form requirements:

For outsiders: Fee will be Rs 2050 + 100 = Rs 2150 (application fee one time).

1. Two passport size photographs
2. Aadhar card xerox copy
3. University medical officer’s signature on the back of the application form.

For Osmania University students: Fee will be Rs 100 + 100 = Rs 200 (application fee one time).

3. Student identity card xerox copy
4. Principal/Head of the institution signature required at the back of the application form
5. University medical officer’s signature on the back of the application form.

For Osmania University employees: Fees will be Rs 550 + 100 = Rs 650 (Application fee one time).

3. Employee identity card xerox copy
4. Employees children below 18 years eligible.
5. Principal/Head/Director/AR/DR should sign at the back of the application form
6. University medical officer’s signature on the back of the application form.

For Osmania University affiliated college students: Fees will be Rs 750 + 100 = Rs 850 (application fee one time).

Batches: Morning: Batch 1: 6 am to 6.40 am. Batch 2: 6.45 am to 7.25 am. Batch 3: 7.30 am to 8.10 am.

Ladies batch: 8.15 am to 8.55 am.

Evening: Batch 5: 3.30 pm to 4.10 pm. Batch 6: 4.15 pm to 4.55 pm. Batch 7: 5 pm to 5.40 pm.
