P Shiva hit a century to set up Charminar’s 85-run win over MP Colts in the HCA’s A Division (one-day) league championship in Hyderabad on Monday.

P Shiva

Batting first, Charminar made a modest 216 thanks to Shiva’s 104 which came off 101 balls with 12 fours and a six. In reply, MP Colts were bowled out for 31.

Yash Satwalekar and Anvith Reddy hammered centuries to help Sporting XI score a thumping seven-wicket win over Deccan Chronicle.

Sufiyan Alam

Deccan Chronicle made a competitive 292 with Kunal Daswani (76) and M Pratyush Kumar (65) scoring half-centuries.

However, the total proved too small for Sporting XI who replied with 293 for three in 41 overs. Yash struck a 109-ball 121 with 12 fours and a six, while Anvith made a quickfire 106 off 79 balls with 11 fours and five sixes.

Alankrit Rapole

Alankrit Rapole hit an unbeaten century to steer Union Bank of India to a four-wicket win over Imperial. Alankrit scored 132 off 138 balls with 14 fours and three sixes as UBI, replying to Imperial’s 248, made 253 for six.

GSK Reddy’s 144 off 130 balls with 14 fours and seven sixes helped Combined District-2 score a 54-run win over R Dayanand in a high-scoring game. C Abhinav Tej made an 83-ball 118 with 19 fours and two sixes as Dayanand, replying to Dist-2’s 386 for six, made 332.

B Sumanth

B Sumanth and Akash Bhandari scored centuries by Md Sufiyan Alam’s seven wicket haul helped AOC score a 98-run win over State Bank of India.

AOC made 361 for nine with B Singh Gurjar scoring 99 and Mohit Mann making 95. In reply, SBI reached 263 despite Sumanth scoring 115 off 98 balls with 15 fours and two sixes and Akash making 107 off 108 balls with 11 fours and three sixes. Sufiyan Alam took seven for 41 for the winners.
