Sky Kings Football Club dominated Dilsukhnagar Football Club as they registered a comfortable 4-1 win in the Telangana Football Association’s (TFA) C Division Football League 2025-26 at the Gymkhana Football Ground in Secunderabad on Wednesday.
Dilsukhnagar were off the block quickly as Anthony Kapil struck in the 4th minute of the game to put his side 1-0 up. However, the lead turned to be short-lived as Kaigou helped Sky Kings draw parity three minutes later.
Thereafter, it was Sky Kings who called the shots. Rosangzel made it 2-1 in the 41st minute as the teams went into the break.
After the interval, Ruattuanga made it 3-1 in the 79th minute and Ajith struck the final blow in the 91st minute to round off the tally.
On Thursday, Susai Football Club will match wits against Young Sporting Football Club at the Gymkhana Football Ground in Secunderabad at 3 pm.
Result: Skykings FC 4 (Kaigou 7th min, Rosangzel 41st min, Ruattuanga 79th min, Ajith 91st min) beat Dilsukhnagar FC 1 (Anthony Kapil 4th min).
TFA for summer coaching camps in districts
Telangana Football Association (TFA) has asked all the district associations to conduct Summer Coaching Camps in the state. As part of this initiative, TFA will extend support to the respective district associations and also provide necessary assistance, including footballs and equipment, to ensure the smooth and effective conduct of the District Summer Coaching Camps.
This initiative is to promote grassroots football development and provide young players with structured training opportunities, says a TFA release.
