National kabaddi player Siliveru Poojitha has been selected for the NIS Regular Diploma Course in Sports Coaching (kabaddi) 2026–27 at SAI NSSC, Bengaluru. Poojitha, who is a product of TSWR RDC, Khammam (kabaddi academy), is the second candidate from Telangana to be selected for the NIS Diploma in Kabaddi.
Poojitha completed her Intermediate in Yerrupalem in 2020 and then went on to do her graduation at the TSWRDC in Kothagudem in 2023. She also completed her post graduation from TGSWRD & PGC in Warangal West in 2025.
The Telangana Social Welfare Residential Degree & Jr College PDs and PETs Association expressed happiness over her selection. She was congratulated by chairman Dr Rama Laxman, president Narsaiah, general secretary Chander and treasurer Harikishan.
The Association conveyed their best wishes to Poojitha for a bright and successful coaching career.
