Sk Rehaan Roshan hammered an unbeaten century to help Imperial post an imposing total against Telangana in the quarterfinals of the HCA B Division (2-day) League Championship in Hyderabad on Tuesday.
Batting first, Imperial made 354 for nine in their 90 overs with Rehaan Roshan scoring 156 of those without getting out. He faced 232 balls and struck 19 fours and four sixes. Siddu Nayak made 65 and S Loknath scored 34. Sayed Izharudding took three for 58 for Telangana.
In another quarterfinal, Vallepu Murthy’s century helped Sportive score 335 in 89.3 overs against Khalsa. Murthy scored 117 off 158 balls with 10 fours and five sixes. C Siddharth Rao made 89 and Benjamin Thomas scored 40.

Khammam score one-run win over Medak
B Hishanth’s all-round performance went in vain as Khammam defeated Medak by a solitary run in a thrilling HCA’s Under-19 Inter-District one-day tournament.
Hishanth took four for 58 to restrict Khammam to 277 in 47.5 overs. Sai Suhas J topscored for Khammam with 75, while S Guru Widhwan made 42 and G Kushal scored 38. T Ratan Acharya chipped in with 37.
In reply, Medak, riding on Hishanth’s 117-ball 106 with 11 fours and two sixes, reached 276 in 50 overs. Shaik Amer took four for 54 for the winners.
E Thakshil’s all-round show helped Karimnagar post a nine-wicket win over Nizamabad. Thakshil took four for 21 to bowl out Nizamabad for 91 in 29 overs. He then returned to make an unbeaten 56 as Karimnagar replied with 95 for one.

Khammam 277 in 47.5 overs (G Kushal 38, Sai Suhas J 75, S Guru Widhwan 42, T Ratan Aryan 37, B Hishanth 4/58) beat Medak 276 in 50 overs (R Ruthwik 58, B Hishanth 106, C Rathod Satish 30, Shaik Amer 4/54).
Nalgonda 184 in 38.3 overs (MA Shoeb Amaan 40, Adi Mani Kiran 90, S Varshit Reddy 3/25) lost to Mahbubnagar 187/1 in 41 overs (Abdul Rafeay Abdullah 95no, S Varshit Reddy 71no).
