SR Rajnikanth, Santosh Kumar Paloju and Rahul Pershad were elected as president, secretary and treasurer of the Korfball Association of Telangana during their AGM held at the GHMC Community Hall in Gunfoundry, Hyderabad, on Saturday.
The elected members will serve for a four-year term from 2026 to 2030. The newly elected team comprises former elite national korfball players, coaches and internationally certified officials.
The newly constituted committee unanimously decided that it will focus on strengthening the organisational structure of korfball in Telangana, encouraging wider participation, supporting players and officials, and promoting transparent and democratic administration of the sport.
The Korfball Association also aims to work towards creating greater opportunities for grassroots development, schools, colleges, districts and competitive korfball activities across Telangana.
