OU Inter-College Chess meet on February 2 & 3

Osmania University will be conducting a series of Inter-College tournament in February. The first one is the Inter-College Chess Championship for men which will be held at the Vivekananda Government Degree College in Vidyanagar on February 2 & 3. Probables for the OU chess team will be selected from the tournament. Each college team should have five players, and the entry fee is Rs 1200 per event. All the teams should get their eligibility forms and latest identity cards signed by the college principal.

Inter-College Karate on February 5

The Osmania University Inter-College Karate Championship for Men will be conducted by Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology at their premises on February 5. Competitions will be held in the following weight categories. Individual Kumite: 50 kg, 55 kg, 60 kg, 67 kg, 75 kg, 84 kg, +84 kg and Individual Kata.

Inter-college Best Physique on February 7

The Inter-College Best Physique Championship for Men will be held at Vivekananda Government Degree College in Vidyanagar on February 7. The championship is an open selection for the Osmania University team. Weigh in will be at 3 pm on that day and an entry fee of Rs 1200 per event will be charged. Inter-College Boxing on February 13 & 14

The Osmania University Inter-College Boxing Tournament will be conducted by Nizam College at their boxing hall on February 13 and 14. An entry fee of Rs 1200 per event will be charged. Selection for the Osmania University boxing team will be done during this tournament.
