Joshitha bags a gold and a bronze medal in NTPC National ranking archery tournament

Fifteen-year-old V Joshitha, a Class 10 student of Maharshi Vidya Mandir in Kondapur, produced a commanding performance to bag two medals in the Compound category of the 4th NTPC National Ranking Archery Tournament in Himachal Pradesh.

Joshitha, who is being trained by international archer and referee Arun Kumar at the Arun Archery Academy in Kompally, Hyderabad, won a gold medal in the Junior category. She also bagged a bronze medal in the Sub-Junior category of the ongoing tournament.

The event is a key ranking competition for archers aspiring to qualify for national-level selections.
