Electoral officer VS Sampath on Saturday issued the notification for the election of two office-bearers posts for the Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA). Elections will be held for the post of secretary and treasurer on March 12, 2026.
“The list of eligible full members of HCA to participate in the elections i.e. entitled to vote and to contest in elections as furnished by the CEO with the approval of the administrator appointed by the High Court of Telangana, with the names of representatives who were invited/attended last AGM held on 19.07.2025 is put up on the HCA notice board and website www.hycricket.org,” says the notice issued by EO Sampath.
“In case, the clubs desire to make any changes in the authorized representatives, they are requested to send the name of the authorized representatives in their club letter head duly signed by the president/secretary of the club along with two passport size photographs and copy of Aadhar card of the proposed representative, duly certifying that the proposed representative is not a member of any of the 57 clubs which were barred from contesting and voting in the elections to the HCA vide the orders dated 31.07.2023 of single member committee Justice (retd) L Nageswara Rao,” the note added.
“Any change in authorized representative should be submitted on 2.3.2026 and 4.3.2026 between 11 am and 5 pm to the person in-charge of inward section of HCA located in the ground floor and take acknowledgement. Applications received beyond 5 pm on 4.3.2026 will not be considered,” says the notice.
