Hansin & Varshit hit centuries while Harry Stanes and Hishanth grab five wickets each

M Hansin Reddy struck a fine century and Y Harry Stanes took five wickets as Team B cruised to an eight-wicket win over Team E in the HCA’s Under-19 one-day super league in Hyderabad on Thursday.

Batting first, Team E could manage to reach 268 despite Vikash Gupta’s 86. Harry Stanes was the wrecker-in-chief as he took five for 46 to restrict the rival score.

In reply, it was Hansin Reddy all the way as he stroked to a 151 off 116 balls with 19 fours and five sixes. P Prince made 68 as Team B replied with 270 for two.

B Varshit Reddy was the other centurion of the day as he powered Team F to a seven-wicket win over Team A.

Team A, batting first, were restricted to 233 despite R Swaran Reddy making 81. P Varun took four for 40.

Varshit Reddy then took centre stage as he hit 125 off 133 balls with 5 fours and five sixes. K Sai Nehal made 81 as Team F scored 235 for three.

In another match, B Hishanth Prem Charan bagged five wickets to set up Team D’s eight-wicket victory over Team C.

Hishanth Prem Charan took five for 22 in 9.5 overs as Team C were bowled out for 166. In reply, Team D made 170 for two with P Srinivasa Manikanta remaining unbeaten on 54.
