Bhavika Ahire will lead the India Under-19 teams in the IDFC First Bank Sri Lanka Women’s Under-19 tour of India. Mahak Narwase has been named the vice-captain of T20 as well as the One-Day squads.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India’s (BCCI) women’s selection committee picked the India women’s Under-19 squads for the upcoming series.
The tour, which begins on June 22, will comprise three T20 matches and three One-Day matches.
Tanishka Sharma, Avni Chawda and Maniar Maitri will figure only in the T20 squad. They will be replaced by Deeya Yadav, V Pratiksha and Vidhi Parmar for the One-Day matches.
