Archers selected to represent Khammam in state meet to be held in Hyderabad on March 8

The following archers have been selected to represent Khammam District in the tournament to be conducted by Telangana Archery Association on March 8 at Delhi Public School, Patan Cheruvu and Tellapur Ekalavya Archery Academy in Hyderabad.

The archers were selected in the Under-10, Under-13 and Under-15 age categories during the selection trials held at the Kinnerasani Model Sports School. The list of selected players was announced Putta Shankaraiah, secretary of the Joint Khammam District Archery Association.

A total of 110 players participated in this selection trials, which was conducted by Kinnerasani headmaster B Chandu and physical director S Subramaniam. Bhadradri Kothagudem Archery Association treasurer Kondi Ganesh was also present.

The competitions were held in Indian Round, Recurve, and Compound categories.

Under-10 Indian Round girls: D Ashmika Prakash, Y Manaswini, K Nansirina, V Ritwika, N Saranya, J Manusri.

Under-10 Compound: V Ketan Sri Gopal.

Under-13 Recurve boys: T Mokshanth Reddy.

Under-13 Recurve girls: B Sanjana Sri.
