Mahabubnagar thrash CCOB FC 6-0, ORO FC down Adilabad 5-1 in U-15 Youth League

Mahabubnagar scored a resounding 6-0 win over CCOB Football Club and ORO Football Club defeated Adilabad 5-1 in the Telangana Football Association’s (TFA) Telangana Under-15 Youth League at the Sreenidhi Deccan Arena in Hyderabad on Sunday.

Shiva and Goutham scored a brace each to power Mahabubnagar to a big win over CCOB Football Club. Shiva opened the scoring for Mahabubnagar by slotting the ball into the net in the 9th minute of play. He then made it 2-0 by striking again in the 15th minute.

Goutham then scored in the 28th and 35th minutes to help Mahabubnagar take a handy 4-0 lead. Saiteja then made it 5-0 in the 56th minute and Rohit struck in the 60th minute to seal the issue.

In the other match of the day, Aahan and Atharv got two goals apiece in ORO Football Club’s comfortable win over Adilabad.

Atharv began the scoring for ORO with a strike in the 14th minute but Adilabad responded to it through the boots of Sana, who scored in the 16th minute to level the scores.

Agada made it 2-1 in favour of ORO in the 20th minute as ORO dominated the game. Aahan made it 3-1 in the 28th minute. He went on to score his second goal of the match in the 45th minute.

Atharv then completed the win with a strike in the 55th minute.

Results:  ORO Football Club 5 (Agada 20th min; Aahan 28th min, 45th min; Atharv 14th min, 55th min) beat Adilabad 1 (Sana 16th min).

Mahabubnagar 6 (Shiva 9th min, 15th min; Goutham 28th min, 35th min; Rohit 60th min; Saiteja 56th min) beat CCOB Football Club 0.

Nalgonda and Ranga Reddy set up final clash

Nalgonda scored a 3-1 win over Nizamabad and Ranga Reddy defeated Khammam 3-0 in the semifinals of the Under-16 Asmita Football League 2026 in Nizamabad on Sunday.

Hemabindu began the scoring as she struck in the 14th minute to give Nalgonda a 1-0 lead. Nizamabad pressed on for the equalizer and were successful in the 36th minute when Jahnavi found the goal.

However, Nalgonda girls were in no mood to give up as Keerthana resorted the one-goal lead by finding the target in the 38th minute. Hemasri made it 3-1 in favour of Nalgonda with a strike in the 55th minute.

In the other match, Ranga Reddy brooked no challenge from Khammam. Ananya scored in the 35th minute and Lahari made it 2-0 in the 47th minute. Teertha found the back of the net in the 62nd minute to finish off the contest.

Results (semifinals): Nalgonda 3 (Himabindu 14th min, Keerthana 38th min, Hemasri 55th min) beat Nizamabad 1 (Jahnavi 36th min).

Ranga Reddy 3 (Ananya 35th min, Lahari 47th min, Teertha 62nd min) beat Khammam 0.
