Vritti Agarwal continued with her winnings ways as she won a gold and a bronze medal at the 79th Senior National Aquatics Swimming Championships 2026 at the Veer Savarkar Sports Complex Naranpuran, Ahmedabad.
Vritti bagged the gold medal in the women’s 800m freestyle as she completed the race in 9:05.47 seconds. Bhavya Sachdeva of Delhi finished second, while Karnataka’s Sri Charani Tumu took home the bronze medal.

In the women’s 400m freestyle, Vritti finished third to settle for the bronze medal. She finished the race in 4:25.88 seconds. The event was won by Maharashtra’s Aditi Satish Hedge, who stopped the clock at 4:25.31 seconds. Karnataka’s dhinidhi Desinghu came in second to take the silver medal.
