Andhra Pradesh’s H U Shivani won two bronze medals at the prestigious 8th Indian Open International Para Athletics Championship 2026, held at Sree Kanteerava Stadium, Bengaluru, from May 26 to 28.
Trained under the Aditya Mehta Foundation, 18-year-old Shivani delivered an inspiring performance in the shot put and javelin throw events, showcasing exceptional determination, resilience, and sporting excellence on the national and international stage while representing Andhra Pradesh.
